AID FOR RECRUITMENT TO EXPORT
Volunteer for International Experience (VIE)
To help companies recruit from exports, the regional council funds 50% of compensation contracts LIFE.
International Corporate Volunteerism allows a company to appoint a young, aged 18 to 28 years, a work assignment abroad, lasting 6 to 24 months in over 105 countries. All companies incorporated under French law, whatever their size, sector and with or without a structure abroad are concerned.
Benefits of a Life
A wide range of tasks may be performed, conducting market research to control a distribution system through participation in the creation of a local structure. VIE may spend up to 165 days per year in France, to learn more about his business.
Financing
Ubifrance supports the administration of the contract and payroll taxes. The company only pays a fixed fee, depending on the country of assignment The regional council is subsidizing 50% of all life (see conditions below). The cost of a VIE may be integrated into a marketing insurance COFACE whatever the country of assignment.
Elligibility to regional
- business with fewer than 250 people
- turnover below 50 million
- total assets under 43 million euros
- not own more than 25% by a group
