The meeting was an opportunity to meet apprentices 2e year pharmacy technicians, classroom, lab, 1re years, to attend a demonstration of "bliki" (ICT tool in the service of pedagogy) and visit the Educational medicinal garden.
Reminder:
The Regional Council has made the training and learning a priority. He spends 55 million euros of its budget to 11 500 apprentices in 31 Burgundy CFA after nearly 300 courses, the CAP in engineering degree.
Burgundy is one of three regions, Pays de Loire and Poitou-Charentes, where learning is the most developed among youth aged 16 to 19, with a success rate of examination of more than 75% and a rupture rate of 12% well below the national average.
The quality of training, the level of facilities for learning and the reception conditions for apprentices are at the heart of regional concerns. This is why the region offers such features as:
- aid for accommodation and catering, to reduce costs to families,
- transport aid,
- first aid to the professional equipment necessary to practice the art (toolbox).
Since 2005, the Burgundy region has been exemplary in terms of learning and she was very focused on the qualitative component.
She decided to support the promotion of innovative teaching practices, including through open and distance, and developed incentives towards the 8000 partner companies to hire apprentices by giving them aid for a total budget of 21 million euros.
The Burgundy Regional Council also wishes to amplify the pedagogical measures to meet new challenges and new audiences Apprentice: Customizing courses and individualized training.
Learning is to enable each young person to learn a trade is a key asset to provide access to employment: 6 out of 10 apprentices are employed seven months after leaving training.
