Two new schools of image and sound in Chalon-sur-Saone
Nicéphore City continues to develop its center of higher education, supported by the Burgundy region: two new schools are indeed set up shop in Chalon-sur-Saone in September 2011, Aries 3D ISTDS, and provide additional training and unusual in Burgundy around the graphics and sound business.

ARIES 3D computer graphics school, offers two specialized courses:
- Video Games & Mobile Accessible to students of two bac mastering programming languages. This two-year course will enable them to design applications for all types of media: consoles, web, mobile, ... Following this training, candidates will have access to positions of project manager and programmer web and mobile .
- Specialization augmented reality mixed Accessible to students at baccalaureate level 2 with excellent computer skills and / or programming. After two years of specialization, graduates will be highly qualified specialists in the field of real-time 3D simulation and control hardware and software component of the development chain interfaces immersion virtual (simulators, serious games interfaces in virtual reality augmented / mixed). Following this training the candidates will have access to positions of software developer, multimedia developer, developer, real-time 3D, virtual prototyping developer, game developer, project manager, consultant and junior high-tech sales engineer
ISTDS: continuing education for the professions
Following a joint action by Development and Nicéphore Cité Bourgogne, ACFA Multimedia group opened two new branches under the label ISTDS (Higher Institute of techniques of sound design), one in September 2011 in Montreal, and the second in November 2011 Chalon-sur-Saône, on the site of the old sugar mill.
This will provide continuing education of Sound Design, mixing, mastering and digital sound processing applied to video games and interactive media.
Accessible from a standard tray 2 for a period of 6 to 7 months, with a capacity of 15 students the first year, the ISTDS Chalon-sur-Saone allow graduates to practice in the studio recording and post production, audio production companies, multimedia, 3D cinema and audiovisual.
