Tourism professionals: do you train!
The Regional Council renewed the training device destined for any tourism professional set up three years ago already. Always based on the strong partnership with the training insurance funds (Agefos SME CNFPT, Uniformation, FAFIH, and Vivea FAFSA), the objective is to professionalize financially supported to improve the quality of tourism in Burgundy. In 2011-2012, the supply has 18 training modules.

With nearly 400 students trained, the program remains an axis of the regional plan for tourism development. Skills development, the opening of business or to strengthen its positioning are the major challenges of this training device. Among the modules you will develop and market a tourism product, promote it through various channels of communication, learn to work with local providers, a successful green building project, or know welcome the public schools.
For whom?
The 20 000 tourism stakeholders bourguignon are concerned. Professionals can benefit from full support of training, while volunteers, lodges and cottages in particular, have their training funded at 80%.
What training?
The 18 training modules were developed in collaboration with professionals Burgundy tourism They have been translated into the four major themes:
- Home: Management of the reception area and sales modules of language (English and German) ...
- Marketing: law, business, tourism product, its relationship with tourists
- Communication and ICT: the Web, e-tourism
- Tourism development: networking, wine tourism, educational tourism, green building ...
When and how to register?
The 2011-2012 edition of the training will begin October 6, 2011 to spread out until the end of March 2012.
