The Region and the Information Technology and Communication
Following the departmental meetings of the Estates General of Burgundy in the Internet, organized in 2004, the Regional Council has set up its "Digital Burgundy."

His ambition:
- contribute to providing each Bourguignon broadband tomorrow
- expand the uses of information technology and communication in the educational, administrative, economic, health, nonprofit and citizen, etc..
Its objectives:
Helping innovative or pilot projects allowing Burgundy:
- be attractive
- to provide the entire population, and the lowest price, means of access to quality services through the use of digital technology in many areas.
His method:
In the spirit of the States General of the Internet, the Region will work in close partnership with all stakeholders of ICT, elected officials, association etc.. And build on the existing relay implement its "digital Burgundy."
Its contents:
"Digital Burgundy" are technical or financial assistance to improve broadband coverage and developing the use of ICT.
