States General of the Export

Institutional partners and leaders gathered on Thursday 30 September at the Hotel de Region, to define together a pattern of export development for 2011-2014.

Participants were able to express all their needs and proposals for improvement to make the regional action even better. In his closing speech, Francois Patriat presented the main directions and concrete proposals that emerged at the end of the day.

The broad guidelines:

  • supporting businesses in a time (pool information)
  • maintain collective action (fewer shares but better prepared upstream)
  • create synergies between innovation and international development


The proposals on the three areas of action:

Individual

  • establish a single committee decision on public support for export
  • establish a curriculum guide for export: aid, best practices ...
  • monitoring over time (the best use of the platform I undertake in Burgundy )
  • better utilize the skills of high schools and facilitate the reception of students in companies Burgundy


Collective

  • develop a platform of exchanges on the wishes of participation in trade fairs
  • strengthen the industrial component of the group program aimed at PMI Burgundy
  • make chains and business groups full participants in the construction and monitoring of the annual international
  • hire international voluntary organization in support of regional policy of decentralized cooperation.


Innovation

  • implementation of specific measures for the management of intellectual property
  • develop a collective action aimed at innovative companies for a technology partnership with international
