This book shows ten years of cooperation and sharing between Burgundy and the Western Cape. An ambitious program of social and occupational upgrading has developed, particularly with the support of the Embassies of France and South Africa, the Regional Council of Burgundy and the Government of the Western Cape.
The commitment of all stakeholders has many exchanges between young people, students, trainees, employees of areas, trainers, families and professionals in the wine industry. All have had "life experiences" in Burgundy or the unforgettable Cape, orchestrated by the CFPPA de Beaune and the College of Elsenburg.
These meetings were born deep links and great successes.
Evidenced in this book, these men and women, from the Burgundy vineyards and South Africa. Their fates are crossed at the option of sharing knowledge and friendship.
These life stories sow hope and happiness.
In a harmony of colors, a photographic journey illuminates them.
The book is on sale at CFPPA de Beaune and the Atheneum.
