Seeds of Noah: Wheat is another possible!
The Burgundy Regional Council monitors the work of Bernard Ronot, who works for the conservation of seeds of wheat farmers and their use in baking. The association was born Noah seeds of interest in the production of these old varieties in organic farming.

Founded by farmers, the association has now also millers, distributors of products from organic farming and consumer groups.
Its objective is to develop a sustainable system of conservation, breeding and use of ancient varieties of wheat.
It seeks the establishment of a seed to the House of Technopôle Agronova Bretenière (21). This initiative has numerous scientific and professional support: INRA Dijon and Clermont-Ferrand, Science Garden City of Dijon, the SEDARB the COCEBI Grain and Dijon. Ultimately, the House of seed available to farmers will seed farmers.
The Regional Council supports the association and gives it a grant of € 13 400.
