The building has nearly 10,000 companies and over 30,000 assets. The project pole Building the future is to intervene in this sector to accelerate the transfer and give it the means to win the battle for energy performance.

All trades are involved: owners, material suppliers, architects, consultants, local authorities ...

The objective is to strengthen the regional dynamics in terms of sustainable development through the establishment of a platform for sharing and coordination.

The four objectives of Pole buildings of tomorrow :

  • Advance demand for construction and renovation to energy and environmental performance increasingly ambitious.
  • Accelerate the development of supply companies both in terms of benefits of materials, technologies and project management.
  • Increase the access of employees and entrepreneurs to information and training.
  • Make Burgundy a host territory of innovative projects for low, very low-energy, positive energy, and environmental quality of the building.
