The Burgundy Regional Council has a representative office in Brussels, in cooperation with the region of Franche-Comte. The office represents the interests of Burgundy to the Community institutions.

The mission of the Office Burgundy - Franche-Comté:
Participation in decision making
The office is a reactive tool and proximity. It is a relay with regional institutions. It facilitates the exchanges between regional and European level. It enables communities to establish a constructive dialogue with the European Commission during the legislative process.
Technical Assistance
This is to accompany the project leaders Burgundy during the preparation and monitoring of applications for EU funding, to initiate the regional councils for projects with a European focus and contribute to the editing of files.
Training and information
A day of political and community action programs is necessary to inform local stakeholders of regulatory changes and funding opportunities. The mission also includes information to respond to queries from local authorities and services of local operators on certain points of the day. It is, finally, to organize or help organize work programs for groups interested in Europe as a professional, institutional, school or club.
