What is loc-hall-bourgogne.fr?
Proposed by the Regional Council of Burgundy, the site loc-hall-bourgogne.fr aims to facilitate the linking of Burgundy suppliers and buyers of public and private catering. Buyers and suppliers are held to a charter of commitment.
Who can use it?
The site loc-hall-bourgogne.fr is intended primarily for producers or processors of Burgundy or catchment areas adjacent and buyers of catering.
What food?
You can offer or find products from farms of Burgundy (and adjacent catchment areas) for direct sale or subject to a transformation.
How to register?
Each vendor is committed to providing quality products in a sign of official and all those subject to traceability. These products must comply with specific rules and regulations in force, and that interprofessional agreements.
Registration is free and takes just a few clicks on the site loc-hall-bourgogne.fr, item supplier or buyer.
The quality and diversity of agricultural production and food from our 15,000 farms we are envied. Yet, much remains to be done if these products are found in the Burgundian dishes catering to our schools, our colleges, our schools, our hospitals, or even our homes.
Revenues for the sole secondary schools in Burgundy is more than 35 million euros, their supply is short-circuit an economic opportunity for many sectors of agricultural production. On their own, 50,000 high schools offer daily meals during the school year, an annual sum of nearly 20 million. If we add the number of meals served also by colleges of the four departments (Côte-d'Or, Nièvre, Saone-et-Loire, Yonne) associated with this approach, we are on streams that can generate large volumes, promoting structuring of sectors in our region.
Not to mention that the short circuits and also pursue other local cultural and educational objectives around quality food and taste education.
