Region and learning
11 500 young people have chosen this year one of the 300 degrees of learning as a process of formation. They are supported in their course by the 31 Apprentice Training Centres of Burgundy. They also benefit from the commitment of Burgundy companies that are opening the doors.

This policy is winning with 70% of apprentices are received examinations and the majority of young people find employment quickly in their chosen profession at the end of their apprenticeship contract.
The intervention of the Regional Council through the creation of training centers and co-financing training, for equipment financing in the CFA, by grants to apprentices and qualitative measures to support learning.
Conventions operation training
Signed by the managing bodies of the CFA and the regional council, conventions operating formations are the guarantors of the quality of teaching resources.
Renewed in 2005, they reflect the increase in tax resources for learning in schools and enrollment growth. They can also update the map of training (level of education, vocational, duration of training) and professional commitment and managing bodies of CFA.
Aid for apprentices
To contribute to the training effort made by apprentices and their families, the regional council flat fee for transportation costs, food and lodging during the weeks of consolidation in the training centers.
Lump sum compensation payments to employers of apprentices
The Burgundy Regional Council wished to renew aid to employers of apprentices. The scheme provides subsidies for employers hiring young people with contracts civis or jobseeker for over a year.
Help with teaching equipment apprentice
Since 2004, the regional council wanted to give the FSC a fund teaching equipment to provide each trainee who engages in an undergraduate training leading to a diploma level V (CAP), and for duration of his apprenticeship, professional equipment necessary for basic learning his chosen trade.
