Job creation in rural sports
To contribute to the development of employment in sport, the Regional Council of Burgundy assistance associations "Profession Sport Burgundy four departments in supporting their activities in rural areas.

The Regional Council supports 10% of the cost of all hours worked by employees associations "Profession Sport" in sport centers in rural areas. GOAL: To contribute to the development and sustainability of rural employment in sport.
The four associations "Profession sport" located in Cote-d'Or, Saône-et-Loire Nièvre Yonne and, make available to associations, clubs, or to common schools, sports educators, community workers and art. Authorized to handle the formalities related to employment (payroll, social declarations or administrative), the structures accompanying associations and clubs in their salary management.
Bernard Millet, President of "Profession sport" Yonne explains:
"To avoid a mess administrative associations, we establish the statement of the number of hours that our educators have spent on rural structures. We then pass to the regional council which then pays "Occupation sport," end of the year, 10% of the total. This device is simple for both associations, but also for structures that benefit. "
Cédric Gauffrenet, used "sport Profession " in the Yonne
Cédric Gauffrenet is one of the younger employees with "sport Profession", in the Yonne. After being hired as an educator athlete, he has recently project manager for human resources association. "It's a very interesting initiative for employment in sport and sport development in the countryside. Without this help, I might not be a full-time employment: indeed, the hours worked in rural areas by the association "Profession sport" Yonne is half of its business and those hours are supported by the Council Regional. Compared to other regions we are especially privileged. "
Tool for employment in sport in the Yonne
"Occupation sport" Yonne, with the support of the Departmental of Social Cohesion and the protection of people, created the website cre89.e-mon-site.com . Real tool dedicated to employment in sport is to serve job seekers, sports structures and communities.
The CRE 89 has two main tasks:
- Mission Information associations with the leaders of the department on the latest measures related to employment (Convention collective employment schemes, contributions ...) but also on any matter relating to the administrative employees (DUE, Employment contract, Sheets. ..).
- Mission support and monitoring as part of a job creation: make a point about resources, find employment contract and guide the most appropriate on the legislation.
In addition, the site offers a job fair .
