In Burgundy, the wind is not that the wind!
The Regional Council plays a leading role in the development of wind power in Burgundy.
It helps to:
Bring out the initiatives of the territories
As part of the Climate and Energy Programme of Burgundy (SBBC), the Region and the ADEME support renewable energy, including wind power, ensure their integration and environmental acceptability citizen:
- assistance with project management through the implementation of the Development Zones of the Wind (70% aid ceiling of 20 000 euros for communities);
- support wind projects by raising awareness, education and communication (up to 100% in project management and financial partners of the SBBC).
Enhance the advantages of wind energy Burgundy and prepare for careers in wind
With some thirty companies in the sector, 1,000 jobs created in 3 years and 5000 expected in 2020, wind energy is at a Burgundianst national ranking.
Burgundy has traditional skills and complete (metal, sheet metal, mechanical, electronic, energy) value to the entire chain of wind energy.
The Regional Council, under its jurisdiction economic development, contributed to the emergence of the cluster wind Burgundy Wind 4 Future, a group recently labeled cluster, which intends to promote the development of collaborative projects between businesses, schools of engineers, technical schools, training centers and universities to meet the challenge of innovation and employment in Burgundy.
The Region also supports individual aid companies in the cluster (Céole, Cita, Repack-S, Siag ...). It meets the skill needs of the wind energy sector with the creation of specific training "Maintenance Technician of masts."
The Burgundy region and promotes new industrial "green", ensuring economic development planning.
