Francois Patriat wrote to Guillaume Pepy, SNCF president
Francois Patriat wrote to Guillaume Pepy December 20, 2010 to express its strong dissatisfaction and frustration of rail users committee expressed at the line in November and December 2010 about the deteriorating conditions of carriage TER Bourgogne .
In this letter, Francois Patriat urges him to take several immediate steps to improve significantly the service of ESTs in Burgundy:
- achieve rapid feedback on malfunctions in early December by analyzing the causes of each delay or cancellation and communicate without delay the appropriate transportation plans in case of disturbances related to cold,
- restore the train followed by regular train, both on the axis Dijon / Dijon Lyons / Migennes / Paris until March 2011
- improve the information because of missing posters in the station and SMS for subscribers to this service are not systematic,
- make a gesture of goodwill, the cost of the station, with users TER Bourgogne.
He asked Guillaume Pepy significant improvements in the short term, otherwise the Burgundy Regional Council will take all measures he deems necessary, including legal terms, so that the service had contracted by the SNCF is executed properly.
