First conference of mobility in Burgundy

Four themes for four workshops
Elected officials, meeting in round table, discussed about concrete proposals from the workshops in the morning. "and" Technologies for Mobility ". Needs were identified and proposals made . Examples include: need access to reliable information , Listing all of the offer of transport and mobility, Real Time With relays identified in the territory; improve the governance of transport between public and private transport; allow the Burgundians to test new mobility services such as car sharing ; develop platforms for mobility on the whole region ; take into account the constraints specific to women in business travel plans .
At the conclusion of the roundtable, including elected officials stressed the importance of better coordination and mobility players to pool their resources to better support behavior change, improve passenger information.
Neugnot Michel, vice president of the Regional Council in charge of mobility, announced the holding of a regional conference of transport authorities, organized by region and intended to study the modalities of implementation of the proposals meeting the priorities identified during the sitting.
