FIP - DPF: two funds improving neighborhood life
Following various incidents experienced by many cities Burgundy, the Burgundy Regional Council has established two funds to improve the living conditions of residents and neighborhoods of urban life
Fip - Fap
The first, named Intervention Fund proximity (PIF) is intended for municipalities, public inter (EPCI) and social landlords. It must enable them to fund one-time expenditures or urgent small public facilities. These actions will be supported for 50% of the total project cost with a ceiling of 15 000 €.
The second is the Projects Assistance Fund (FAP), for associations and individuals in urban areas concerned. His goal: to enable the realization of community projects to improve urban life in the neighborhood and to recreate the social link. € 5,000 maximum per share are expected, with a maximum of 80% of the total project cost.
The peculiarity of these funds is to be mobilized very quickly. Project leaders have to fill out a simple case (2 or 3 pages), downloadable below. Their actions must be consistent with the mechanisms already in place locally or ongoing projects.
A committee of commitment, common to both funds, under the chairmanship of the Regional Chair or Vice-President, will meet regularly to select the actions chosen. It will bring together regional representatives and representatives of urban, urban renewal in cities and / or beneficiaries of a city contract, and social landlords. Finally, it is the regional assembly that will unlock the funds.
In 2011, the budget for the FIP and FAP is 500 M €.
The next engagement committees FIP and FAP are presented in which the records are held:
- March 2, 2012 at 10 am (ceremony dossirs later than February 24, 2012)
- May 4, 2012 at 10am (submission of applications no later than April 27, 2012)
