In 2011, the Region is committed to a new program for 16-26 years which aims to help by promoting equal opportunities, young people entering the workforce. Initially, it will help them finance their driver's license, an essential tool for mobility and, often, access to employment.

The Regional Council, Burgundy and the employment center cluster Wind4 future mid-October signed a partnership agreement to launch a training destination for job seekers, "maintenance of wind towers."
The Burgundy Regional Council has implemented in partnership with SNCF, a checkbook that entitles you to 80% off on your travels in Burgundy TER for your job search (maintenance, etc..).
The contract is a device resources of the regional council signed with industry or services and for young people who hold a professional qualification from recognized and neighborhoods. Access device to the company and the fight against discrimination in the workplace, it offers them the possibility to integrate a training mainly in business.
The Burgundy Regional Council helps finance the Second Chance Schools which aims to upgrade and fill the gaps of 18 to 25 years left school without a diploma or certification.

You have a project of starting a business in connection with an innovative technology? The Burgundy Regional Council of Burgundy and the Incubator PREMICE provide support to job seekers without income through a grant enabling them to devote themselves entirely to the assembly of their project.
With the network "Burgundy host company", the Regional Council wishes to recognize and value companies that pay special attention to the reception and training of newcomers * and participate in promoting their businesses.
The Regional Assembly met in plenary session Monday, May 10, 2010 at the Hotel de Region. On this occasion, elected officials, including decision sustainability of job boards.

The tram the Dijon will be launched early 2013. By then the project which will contribute to training and integration. Objectives: to develop jobs "sustainable" in the construction industry, public works and parks, enhance the business and better information on training courses for young people.
The Burgundy Regional Council has unanimously adopted, March 23, 2009, a plan of action amplified for companies, employees and applicants for employment, for a total of 23 million euros.
