EDUCATION AND CULTURAL LIFE

Educational projects and projects in arts and cultural education

Any project developed at the initiative of an educational team and involving students will be eligible to receive financial assistance if it meets the criteria defined below and subject to the favorable opinion of the competent department of the Burgundy region.

Educational projects: the study of the records (3 maximum / year / institution) is throughout the year

• Rights, discrimination and solidarity: the discovery of the institutions of the Republic, the European institutions and the notion of Europe, fighting against any kind of discrimination, developing new forms of solidarity.
• Environment - Sustainable Development: raising awareness and respect for the environment, environmental education towards eco-responsibility concept of eco-citizenship (energy, water, air, waste, consumption eco-friendly ...)
• Lest We Forget: discovery of sites of memory and history (visit the concentration camps, historic sites such as symbolic landing beaches ...)
• Kiosk and media education activities around the press, the media and their businesses such as newspaper high school, working around an image of press, advertising, sponsorship of a jailed journalist (contact CLEMI), visit media, journalistic encounters.

Projects in arts and cultural education: one folder / year / institution to send between 1^st October and 31 December 2011.

Proposed projects in arts and cultural education should enable to involve art in the service of academic success and direction and thus to foster the personal development (to restore confidence and self-esteem, development of "social skills") .
