A zero rate loan to insulate his home

Ecological loans Burgundy Why?

September residential construction in ten before 1982. A significant portion of these units has not yet been rehabilitated heat, which keeps their heating consumption to a level of concern (328 kWh/m2/year) and away from targets for 2050.

How does it work?

The Region supports the interests related to loans:

• of a value between 2000 and 10 000 € ,
• repayable over a period years from February to July .

• The work, that can be performed by a professional or by the owner himself, affect the insulation of the roof, walls, floors, windows and the installation of thermostats and meters .

Who to contact?

Simply fill a technical dossier then return it to the regional office Your department . The favorable opinion of the Region will allow you to place your loan application to a branch of the Caisse d'Epargne Burgundy Franche-Comte.

For whom?

For owner-occupiers or landlords of houses, apartments, buildings constructed before 1982 that perform insulation work.

This new device would involve 500 homes in 2009 (€ 1 million investment by the regional council).
