Creating the cluster of higher education in music in Burgundy
The CEFEDEM transforms into center of higher education in music in Burgundy. It hosts since September 2009 for further training and strengthens the employability of student musicians.
A multi-course diploma This new curriculum, spread over 3 or 4 years, prepares to 3 degrees closely articulated them:
- Higher National Diploma Professional musician
- the license to practice specialized musical
- the state diploma of music teacher
The curriculum is approved and license level is part of the European LMD reform.
For a plurality of trades Following this comprehensive training, students bénéficieron t employability enhanced. Indeed, the curriculum allows them to s'oreinter trades of professional musicians, but also a teacher in music school and conservatory, a researcher in musicology, cultural mediation, etc..
The EDU is supported by the State and the Regional Council of Burgundy. It is a partnership between the University of Burgundy, Dijon and the Grand Chalon.
