Creating a training institute ambulance to Joigny
Regional politicians have voted to authorize creation of a training institute ambulance to hospital in Joigny. This project is part of the contract to revitalize the defense site following the departure of28th geographical group.
In Burgundy, a single training institute, depending on the Dijon University Hospital, can now train 60 ambulance per year. However, the estimated annual requirements profession to 180 qualified ambulance and found a lack of professionals in the Yonne and some adjacent areas.
30 places each year
This second facility will offer 30 places each year in two sessions of 15 seats, one alternate and professional contract, the other being direct.
The premises of 28th geographical group
By 2012, this training institute will join the ambulance training institute of caregivers in the premises of 28th geographical group to pool resources.
