The Burgundy region facilitates access to employment for young
The contract is a device resources of the regional council signed with industry or services and for young people who hold a professional qualification from recognized and neighborhoods. Access device to the company and the fight against discrimination in the workplace, it offers them the possibility to integrate a training mainly in business.

What is it?
This is a paid training for 6 months in business to allow young people to develop their skills. At the end of the contract, the host company is committed to promote its hiring within it or any other company offering a job that meets their wishes.
For whom?
The young job seekers aged 18 to 25 years old Holding a professional qualification minimum of level V (eg CAP), residing in urban areas and deprived urban areas.
How?
Young job seekers to get more information directly contact your local mission, your permanent home, information and guidance (PAIO) or your employment agency (employment center, local employment agency ).

100 new resource contracts will be funded in 2012.
Between 2005 and 2010, 545 contracts were signed. Much of the beneficiaries were accommodated in businesses with fewer than 5 employees.
