Business Support Clei to Nolay
The Burgundy Regional Council has contributed greatly to the takeover of Cleia (formerly Ceric Automation) which employs 70 people at the site of Nolay. With € 725,000 of funding appropriated by politicians, the region enables the company to maintain its cash support her in working capital and keep their jobs.

On the occasion of his visit to the company Cleia in October 2010, Francois Patriat, president of the Burgundy Regional Council, said: " Today the company has positive economic outlook in the short and medium term, and the site currently employs about 70 people. It is therefore a successful recovery of an industrial site that should be particularly noted in the context of current economic and social crisis. This company is proof by example that Burgundy has a future industrial ».
From Ceric Automation Cleia
In July 2009, Ceric Automation has seen, because of the economic crisis, its order book fall and found himself in serious financial difficulty. In July 2009, the company declared bankruptcy and is the subject of a disposal plan in March 2010. In April 2010, the Commercial Court confirmed the award Ceric Automation Company to its senior buyers. Thus was born the new company Cleia chaired by former Chief Operating Officer of Ceric, Philippe Pénillard. It is funded to the tune of 4.5 million euros and includes ACSM Loiret Metal Industry (workshop welded and mechanical), co-buyers of Ceric Automation alongside Cleia.
