Burgundy to the International Exhibition of Agriculture
Francois Patriat, Regional Chair, inaugurated Wednesday, February 23, the space in Heart of Burgundy Agricultural Show in Paris, alongside Dominique Chambrette, president of the regional chamber of agriculture. Beef Charolles Featured Beef Charolles became in September 2010, after ten years of perseverance, the fourth French beef to get the appellation of origin (AOC).
