The Burgundy Regional Council supports various transformation projects and sales at the farm.

Economies of scale
Christian Jorand is located in Neuville-les-Decize in the Nièvre. It has two dairy herds, cows and sheep, and employs eight people, "we created a new workshop in the cheese, yogurt designed for. We were able to increase our production to meet rising demand. We do direct sales, but we also distribute in supermarkets in the region and in health food shops in Paris and in major cities. To work better
