A training center for Environmental Quality
Francois Patriat launched Thursday, December 23, 2010, the work of cluster formation HQE for the building trades in Autun. The Burgundy region, which funds half the project, reaffirms its commitment to responsible environmental quality in the frame.

What the High Environmental Quality?
the HQE is an approach that seeks to limit the environmental impacts of a construction or rehabilitation: use of natural resources, waste management, noise .... 14 environmental requirements define the process. They focus on the respect and protection of the external environment and creating a good indoor environment. (Definition of ADEME )
Of public information for specific training for building professionals
The center will educate the public on energy issues (economy and energy production in the units).
It will train students in initial training and building professionals (employees or entrepreneurs) on the issues of energy production, air tightness and home automation.
Equipment
A technical platform dedicated to energy production
It will consist of several workshops:
- individual solar water heaters,
- heat pump
- PV
- wood heating condensing
- controlled ventilation
- Home Automation
It will include two educational models of insulation systems.
a technical tightness and air permeability
created in partnership with the CETE de Lyon. will include:
- combining a cell unfinished wood and concrete structure,
- a reference cell completed combining constructive and 4 types as airtight as possible.
These two cells will be used as training materials for the treatment of air leakage.
The Burgundy Regional Council funds the project with € 525 000.
