supported by the Burgundy Regional Council, designed to strengthen and promote the center of higher education "Agri Agri (Agriculture and Food).

Agral is the digest of the words Agriculture, Food and Environment.
The scientific interest group Agral aims to build a common center of research, teaching and application to the company in food and environmental fields. It is made by the University of Bourgogne, INRA and ENESAD (National Institution of Higher Education Agronomy of Dijon) and brings together all existing powers in the territory in science and life technology and the environment.
What for?
- Place Dijon and Burgundy as talent pool for research in agricultural sciences, food and environment and thus increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of Burgundy at national and European level.
- Strengthen cooperation between scientific institutions and disciplines to better meet the challenges including food.
- Ensuring effective interaction between research and industry to promote technology transfer and innovation among businesses.
launch AgroSup Dijon
AgroSup Dijon is an amalgamation of institutions of higher education ENESAD - Establish national agricultural higher education Dijon - and ENSBANA - National School of Biology applied to nutrition and diet. This great institution of higher education will be the fourth of its kind in France, after the reorganization of higher education in agriculture, food and veterinary medicine. It will sit on pole as Agral Dijon pool of expertise in research in agricultural sciences, food and environment and thus increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of Burgundy at national and European .
