A charter for regional information and guidance
The quality of reception, information and guidance to the public is the primary factor for success in a career plan. It is from this realization that the Regional Council of Burgundy and its partners wanted to set up a Federal Charter Network Home, Information and Orientation (AIO) .

A charter, why?
To ensure all Bourguignon, whatever his status and place of residence, equal access for information and guidance. It is also to give each Bourguignon means professional of his choice, taking into account the necessary balance of individual aspirations and needs of the economy, by informing the applicant of contextual elements such as business needs to bourguignonnnes short and medium term and predictable changes of occupations and sectors.
Currently, about 160 structures belonging to different networks open to the public - whether at school, seeking employment or employees - and provide it with information to enable it to move professionally. These structures work each with their own tools and intervention methods.
Specifically, the charter will enable them to:
- Unite, organize and coordinate the network by setting up places of coordinating and promoting the implementation of the regional charter in each structure AIO,
- Share knowledge on the needs of the public and businesses,
- Strengthen and expand collaborative practices and professionalism shared common resources.
for whom?
The signatories of the Charter regional Federal AIO is the Regional Council of Burgundy, the state and social partners Burgundy.
Specifically, the Charter applies to:
- The employment center,
- The Employment Agency frameworks (APEC),
- The APECITA,
- The centers of consular information and guidance for learning,
- Information centers on the rights of women and families (FLIC)
- Information centers and orientation (CIO)
- Funds management training leave (FONGECIF)
- The houses of employment and training,
- Houses information on training and employment (MIFE)
- The local missions,
- Points relay boards for the validation of acquired experience,
- The network CAP EMPLOYMENT
- Youth Information Network,
- Information Service and academic counseling,
- The Careers Service of the National Association for Vocational Training (AFPA).
Namely
The development of a regional network of reception, information and guidance is one of three orientations FDSR adopted in 2004.
The Federal Charter of the network AIO in Burgundy was signed Wednesday, July 3, 2008 for a period of three years. Its implementation will be subject to an administration agreement which will involve the "labeling" the structures of the AIO signatories.
