12 contracts objectives Burgundy
The Regional Council has signed 12 contracts with the state goals and professional sectors. Performance contracts are tools for regional alignment of means and actions of vocational training.

Definition
The 1987 Act establishes the regulatory framework for contract goals .
- The contract defines the goal orientations for learning and training by industry.
- It describes in concrete terms these guidelines: observation of jobs, training for job seekers and employees, promotion of crafts, tutoring, VAE, management of jobs ...).
- It is signed the regional council, the state and a professional branch .
- It is valid for 5 years .

- An agreement on the trades of the local civil service
- A framework agreement for the development of employment and skills in the Burgundian territories
The regional plan for development of vocational training
Responsibilities Act reaffirms the role of local contracts objectives in Articles 11 and 12.
