"Burgundy makes his stand
This reading incentive is conducted since 2006 by the Burgundy Regional Council, in partnership with the education authority and the unions of the daily press. From Monday, October 3, 2011, a hundred schools Burgundy will put every day - and free - available to their students a couple of headlines international, national, departmental and local levels.
Kiosque - Edition 2008
Nearly a quarter of students attending the "kiosk" said their school regularly since buying under the local or national press. Almost all of the readers said they also "satisfied" with the variety of newspapers available on dedicated displays, usually installed in the centers of documentation and information.
The transaction, which is designed primarily to promote the reading of the press in high school, to enable young people to have multiple and varied information and a source of personal enrichment and openness to the world, has been extended this year and expanded.
108 public, private and agricultural products, selected following a call for educational projects, and receive every morning a copy of all the national dailies, one English newspaper (The International Herald Tribune) and several copies of the local newspaper.
If the public good, Journal of Saone-et-Loire, Le Journal du Centre and L'Yonne Republican are most visited, national newspapers, Le Monde, Libération, L'Equipe, Le Figaro, Le Parisien-Today France, Humanity, Le Canard chained, Les Echos, La Tribune, La Croix, also have their regular readers. Burgundy makes his stand in 2010/2011:
- 106 participating institutions for the academic year 2010/2011
- The device is considered "very satisfactory or satisfactory" to 94%.
- 428 educational activities were conducted during the school year, or 4 to 5 events per establishment.
- The most-read newspapers: the daily departmental Team, now in France, the Duck chains.
- Main location of the kiosk: the CDI.
